Painting in Watercolor – Celebrate the Seasons
Artists will study and use watercolor techniques to create four large works of art celebrating the seasons. For winter we will learn to paint a beautiful snow scene with pines, wreaths and street lights. Spring ushers in the season of growth and artists will paint flowers galore. Summer is full of sunshine as we paint a beach scene loaded with water, sand, seagulls and much more. And our fall project wouldn’t be complete without sunflowers, scarecrows and of course, falling leaves. Artists will be introduced to a variety of tools and tips that professional watercolor artists use.
June 23 - 27 • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Session II)Sculpture and 3-D Art – Big, Bold and Full of Fun

From a textured metal relief, to an organic model finished in aboriginal style, from a paper nest to a hanging 3-part art ball, this week offers every artist a variety of fun, colorful and incredible opportunities to show off their talent. Sculpture has never been so much fun!
July 7 - 11 • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Session III)The Art of Abstraction – Bold, Colorful, Unique & Expressive
Abstract art is our theme for the week and man will it be amazing! Find your inner Kandinsky, Pollock, Mondrian and more as we create a variety of bold, colorful and unique projects. Artists will use a variety of dry and wet media to create a large poster, a super-cool 3-D box, a self-portrait using the art of zentangle, acrylic pour with cut paper and finally, mimic the art of stained-glass using tissue of all colors along with ink. Artists will love this expressive week and leave with fantastic art to decorate their room or home.
July 21 - 25 • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Session IV)The Power of Paper
This week of art will focus completely on transforming paper into one-of-a-kind and beautiful works of art. During this camp artists will roll, cut, glue, stamp, layer, shape and much more. Projects will include a lidded bowl inspired by artists from Africa, a large monogram, a colorful mosaic of ocean waves, a Matisse inspired egg vessel and a beautiful shadow box.
