$245Calling all young creators! If you love making cool stuff and getting hands-on with technology, then Make It Real is the camp for you. Designed for rising 3rd-5th graders, this camp will teach you everything you need to know to become a crafting and tech whiz in the world of digital art.
In Make It Real, you'll dive into the exciting world of Cricut crafting, where you'll learn all the essentials—from weeding, burnishing, and using transfer tape to mastering vinyl and heat transfer techniques. You’ll design and create your own custom projects like storage envelopes, personalized cups, and awesome tote bags that are all your own. Plus, you’ll get to play with Tinkercad to 3D print your creations—whether it’s a keychain, figure, or something else entirely
But that's not all—Canva will be your digital playground. You’ll design keychains, bookmarks, and more using this easy-to-use graphic design tool. And if you love storytelling, you’ll explore Stop Motion animation, creating your own short videos, and then editing them in Canva to add music and special effects.
Throughout the camp, you’ll not only learn the basics of digital design and crafting, but you'll also build confidence in using the latest tools and techniques. Whether you’re designing a custom cup for a friend, creating a unique keychain, or making your own animated video, there’s no limit to what you can make!
Make It Real is the ultimate camp for kids who want to combine their creative energy with the magic of digital arts. Sign up today and get ready to craft, design, and create the coolest projects ever! (Project subject to change based on camper interest.)
