Russell Wilson '07 and the Seattle Seahawks scored a come-from-behind 24-14 victory over the Washington Redskins January 6 to advance to the second round of the National Football Conference playoffs. The Seahawks play the Atlanta Falcons Sunday at 1pm on FOX. Read on for details on the playoffs game and past games this season.
Seattle fell behind the Skins 14-0, then scored 24 unanswered points to improve their record to 12-5 and win its first road playoff game since 1983.
Despite a heavy rush all afternoon, Wilson completed 15 of 26 passes for 187 yards and one touchdown (to former Varina High School and Penn State star Michael Robinson). Wilson also rushed 8 times for 67 yards and threw a key block on a touchdown run by Marshawn Lynch that sealed the victory.

Russell Wilson completed 15 of 19 passes for 250 yards and one touchdown and rushed 10 times for 58 yards and another score as the Seahawks remained undefeated (8-0) at home. Wilson, whose quarterback rating was 136.3, passed 10 yards to fullback Michael Robinson (Varina High School graduate) for a third-quarter TD, then ran one yard for the winning score with 1:45 remaining in the game.

Russell Wilson completed 15 of 21 passes for 171 yards and four touchdowns as the
Seahawks throttled the 49ers on a rainy Sunday night before a national television audience. He also rushed six times for 29 yards and converted 11 of 12 third-down and four of four red zone opportunities.
The Seahawks improved to 10-5. The 49ers are 10-4-1.

Russell Wilson accounted for
four touchdowns and 297 yards as the Seahawks won their fourth straight game an improved their record to 9-5.
Wilson rushed nine times for 92 yards and three TD's and completed 14 of 23 passes for 205 yards and a 4-yard scoring strike to Zach Miller.
Wilson's quarterback rating was 104.4 in the game played at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.

For the past couple of weeks, Seattle quarterback
Russell Wilson has been the target of naysayers and critics who have suggested that the Seahawks turn over the starting job to Matt Flynn, their highly touted free-agent acquisition. This afternoon (October 14) at CenturyLink Field, Wilson silenced the doubters.
The 5-10, 210-pound rookie threw two touchdown passes in the final 7:31, the second a 46-yard strike to Sidney Rice 1:18 from the end to stun the visiting New England Patriots 24-23. Wilson completed 16 passes in 27 attempts for 293 yards and three scores. He did not surrender an interception.
