Third Graders Present Concert of Carols

Continuing the celebration of the holiday season, the Collegiate School 3rd Grade presented their annual Concert of Carols for their families at River Road Presbyterian Church, adjacent to our campus, this morning.

During the performance, student soloists and an angel choir sang contemporary songs and carols accompanied by hand bells, wind chimes, triangle, wood blocks, cymbals, timpani and tambourine. Through the music, the students acted out the Christmas story by portraying angels, camels, a donkey, a star, kings, shepherds, Mary, Joseph and the innkeeper.
