• Participants are encouraged to wear leotards or tank tops and yoga/dance pants; no dance shoes are required but please wear clean shoes. Hair should be pulled back and secured.

Calling all dancers! Join us for a week of hip-hop Dance. Dancers will learn hip-hop movement principles, choreography, terminology and understand hip-hop history and culture through viewings and music. There will be an informal showing at the end of the week. No dance experience is required.

Angie Muzzy, who holds a Master of Fine Arts dance degree, currently teaches courses in modern/contemporary forms and composition in the Upper School. She has showcased her choreography and has taught at various colleges, universities, festivals and venues across the United States. This will be Angie’s second year teaching dance for Summer Quest.
