Drop off/Pick Up on Collegiate's Main Campus - Collegiate buses will transport campers to field trips
Join us on the WILD side as we spend the week together exploring animals that live at the zoo. In this fun-filled, project-based camp, students will visit the Metro Richmond Zoo and then use that experience to create their own zoo by exploring engineering, math, reading, and writing skills. Join Collegiate's very own Beth Albrecht, Laura Domalik, and Emily Fano as we guide you through this WILD adventure.
Laura Domalik is the K-2 Math Specialist in the LS and has been teaching many, many years. She loves MATH and developing the strong mathematicians found in all of us.
Emily Fano is a second grade teacher and has taught in international schools all around the world! She loves animals, especially sharks, and literacy! She recently completed a second Masters degree in literacy education to help share the love of reading and writing with all her students.
Beth Albrecht began her teaching career in second grade in 1994. Over the years, she has taught in four different states and is now in her 11th year at Collegiate School. Having led a variety of camps, Beth is excited to embark on this amazing new Zoo adventure!
